Paul Finkelman received his B.A. in American Studies from Syracuse University in 1971 and his Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago in 1976.  He was later a Fellow in Law and Humanities at Harvard Law School. Dean and Vice President of Academic Affairs

Dr. Rosalie Guzofsky, of Cheltenham, took over the position of dean and vice president for academic affairs at Gratz College on October 1, 2014. Guzofsky has over 20 years of managerial experience in higher education administration, as well as a business background and a personal and scholarly interest in Jewish studies.

Deborah Aron is the Registrar at Gratz College. Ms. Aron’s career has combined her interests in Jewish communal service and Jewish education. Her undergraduate degree is from Brandeis University in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies. She received her Masters in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work of Yeshiva University with a specialization in group work, and was a Senior Educator Fellow at the Melton Institute of Hebrew University’s School of Education.

Mindy Escourt Blechman is Assistant Director of Admissions and Coordinator of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Gratz College. She has worked at Gratz since 1999 and has also held the positions of Coordinator of Adult Jewish Studies and Coordinator of Continuing Legal Education.
